The overall structure of the slipper is driven by Aetrex 3D scanners' data on the different shapes and pressure points of the individual feet, which can be used in Rhino to generate a unique volume that is totally tailored to every user.

After creating a shape that fits precisely to the individual's foot, the model is brought into nTop software, which converts the shape into complex networks of interconnected cells that can be precisely tailored to match the wearer's pressure points, providing targeted cushioning where needed.
ENGINEERED WITH FDM
PRINTING TECHNOLOGY.
The digital models are sliced and converted to GCODE, which is then printed on a large-scale FDM printer with 95A TPU filaments. This additive manufacturing technique is not just more energy efficient, but it also plays a crucial role in reducing waste, making the product much lighter. By adopting this process, we are actively contributing to a more sustainable future.

The average weight for a size equivalent to Men’s US size 10 is just around
